Future Circuit Court vacancies announced: three 11th Circuit & two Ninth Circuit; all five have nominees in place.

There are Twelve future District Court vacancies that await nominees, all generated by Republican appointed judges electing senior service, two future District Court seats have nominees.

The listing on https://www.uscourts.gov/judges-judgeships/judicial-vacancies/current-judicial-vacancies doesn’t include judicial nominations made since 10/30.

Total Vacancies:103 Total Nominees Pending: 49 as of 10/30

There have been an additional 10 nominations today: 1 Circuit nominee, the third in the 11th Circuit, 7 district judges and 2 tax court judges.
There are now 59 pending nominees.

Of the 103 current vacancies five are Circuit Court: two 2nd Circuit, two 9th Circuit and one 5th Circuit. Two nominees, one from the 2nd & one from the 9th are on track to be confirmed tomorrow.
All open Circuit seats have nominees although some nominees are having trouble in committee meetings.

The “total nominees pending” count at the site you linked to is NEVER right. Their are currently 78 Trump nominees pending Senate action. See at below linked site:
