Edward Carnes, current chief justice of 11th ckt and GOP appointed is going to senior status. He was born in 1950. Andrew Brasher will replace as an active judge on 11th. Also a GOP appointed and RAT appointed judge are also going to senior in three 11th.
When Stanley Marcus is replaced, GOP appointed judges are 7-5 majority which flips another circuit to us.
The next two oldest judges in 11th are RATS, born in 1954 and 1955.
