There are a minimum of 13 significant ‘gangs’ or clans existing in Sweden, and you could probably add forty additional youth groups pretending to be gangs (selling drugs mostly).
At the top of the list are the two biker groups (Hell’s Angels and Bandidos), and they compete against each other for drug territory.
Then you have the Albanian group Naserligen. There’s the Werewolves, who are made up of South Africans and oddball groups from South America. Then you have the Asir group who is made up of Iraqis, and Turks.
Then there’s the former Swedish prison gang group, Brodraskapet. There’s a group called the Black Cobra, which is mostly Iranians and Iraqis.
So the bottom line to this...it’s a nation of only 10-million (draw a 100-mile circle around L.A., same population). All of these gangs compete for drug sales, black market operations, human trafficking, etc. It’s just not enough territory for them all to survive.
