No one in DC is concerned or cares about the deficit. All want to spend and Trump did not run as a fiscal conservative.
The truth is that all the bad things that were supposed to happen with large deficits have never happened, such as high interest rates, so no one cares anymore and the voters don't care either. Worry about other things.
Nigeria is a member of the British Commonwealth. The Brits should be doing this, not you and me. Notice how many times it’s the US taxpayer who’s money is used for the Commonwealth. Remember when Queen Elizabeth said the Bahamas were wealthy enough not to need aid after this last hurricane. She allocated (allocate doesn’t mean actually sent) a million dollars vs the US sending 4 times that much. This disparity happens time and time again.
