Trump tweeted an obviously photoshopped image depicting him honoring the dog, whose photo was released on Tuesday.
“AMERICAN HERO!” Trump wrote alongside the photoshopped image:
However, Trump’s decision to tweet the image, reportedly created by Daily Wire, prompted some to fact-check the obviously doctored image.
“I’ve requested details from the @WhiteHouse on this photo. There was no such canine event on today’s @POTUS schedule but there is a Medal of Honor ceremony set here for later today for an active duty Green Beret,” Voice of America White House bureau chief Steve Herman wrote:
“‘It’s photoshopped,’ acknowledges a @WhiteHouse official. The dog is not here at the @WhiteHouse — yet,” he continued, retweeting a picture of the original image:

Their hopes dashed again when he told the reporter that he laughed when he saw it, after the Times sent him a side by side of the two pictures. (he had yet to see it)

WOW nothing gets by these leftist commies in the media..I mean they are so freakin bright, they went to Harvard, Yale, Stanford, obviously they are smarter than the rest of us, but they couldn’t tell that this photo was photoshopped..gee, what might have given it away, maybe it was the medal with a PAW PRINT ON IT..or the fact that the image of the dog is the exact same image that Trump posted days ago..are we supposed to believe the dog has literally not moved an inch in days to take another photo..but hey, those geniuses in the media, they are smarter than the rest of us
