If I recall correctly, nearly 100% of NYC schools and the schools in the surrounding counties offer Kosher options. Really not a big deal. I graduated from a major state university where certain dorm cafeterias served cleric approved food, including Halal and Kosher. We have bigger fights than this.

Dearborn is not making Halal an option, EVERYTHING will be Halal.

Operative word, “options.” A choice isn’t mandatory or imposed on non-Jews, and
Kosher doesn’t imply the establishment of a Jewish state.
