And here is the twist and spin. Sandmann exercised absolutely no return interactions at all. It was all one sided and Phillips did all the interaction against Sandmann. Phillips was in his face and well within Sandmann’s personal space. In this line they have implied that just “brandishing” a Red MAGA hat is now a crime and was a threatening “interaction” against Phillips.
