Because this is the bottom end of the slippery slope of moral relativism.
You have people on the left who will sit there and justify to themselves that “we just don’t understand this person.” And “He was doing what was right for him.” AND “Who are we to judge? The world made him be this way and...”
And now they are saying it about murderous, barbaric, raping, pillaging, terrorist monsters like Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
The left literally doesn’t KNOW what right and wrong are. To them these are entirely fluid concepts based solely on the situation at hand. So to many on the left, that makes al-Baghdadi a “religious scholar” and his kidnapped tortured sex slave a “bride.” Because to him it may have been true so we all have to accept his morals, religion and worldview.
This won’t end well for the west. We either return to Judeo-Christian morality and lawmaking or we fall. Choices have to be made and made soon.
I disagree, most people are good..........
However, there is a small percentage of the population that are bad, and a fraction of those that are truly evil.
