McCabe is hoping for the Deep State to come to his rescue, or for a friendly (i.e. Dem) judge or jury nullification.
I assume the plea deal involved McCabe flipping on others.
Possibly those he’d have to flip on are too dangerous
Plea-deal probably included a public “leak” he refused to accept a plea-deal.
He probably figured the plea deal wouldn’t or couldn’t protect him and his family (if he has any). Even witsec probably wouldn’t help in the face of a Clinton-esque “suicide” or Epstein level incarceration. Probably figures alive in prison beats dead on the street.
Or he's making sure he doesn't end up taking a dirty nap in Fort Marcy Park by making a plea deal.
McCabe is inside enough to know that Jeff Epstein’s death was inside hardball. Sedition only carries 20 years.
Jury nullification is what I worry about. Where will the trial be located?
If any trial is in D.C., the chance of conviction seem slim to me.
I dunno, but maybe that is why McCabe is holding out for trial??

McCabe can’t accept a deal. He has already been paid for his silence. If he renig now now he knows that he will pay with his life. He has painted himself into a corner.
