They won the emoluments court case.
If he keeps it, he’s guilty.
If he sells it, it proves he knows he’s guilty.
Impeach either way.
Is it just me, but does that Headline bear no resemblance to the comment made by Eric Trump?
Sounds like a purely profitable Financial situation to me.
Sell it to Russians.
Seems the Examiner has taken more of an interest in negative President Trump stories.
Perhaps, it’s my imagination.
Isn’t it obvious to everyone that Trump only wanted to become President so he could ensure his DC hotel was fully booked at all times? Very shrewd, out of the box thinking, this is why Trump stays on top in the Hotel business.
I highly doubt the ethics complaints have anything to do with it. Right now the value of the D.C. property has never been higher and probably will never be higher, and it makes good business sense to sell at the high point when you will make the most money rather than wait and risk the chance that the value falls. It's business, nothing more and nothing less.
More Bush bot DC BS from the Wash Examiner .
This Dc Globalist rag lies .
Didn’t Trump set up a blind trust like all other previous Presidents? Someone else runs it, his hand is off the tiller, and when he leaves, after his second term, he can go back to normal Trump Life. Screw them - don’t sell anything! They will accuse him of “profiting” anyway, so he is “wrong” either way!
Since I have retired, I avoid the over priced rates, BUT I think I am going to book a coupla day stay at the Trump International in DC before they dump it.
I know it will be pissing several thousand dollars into the rabbit hole, but I will take a few pix, have a few over priced drinks at some of the bars, and develop a few good memories.
I love Donald J. Trump, and the lefties can ESAD.
The nerve of Trump EARNING money while he’s in politics. He should make it the old-fashioned Joe Biden way.
RATs bullied Eric and Lara to walk away from their charitable work with St. Jude’s. (How many kids died because of the lost funding?)
Now this. He needs to keep the hotel — and build on to it.
Meanwhile...
