That was at Morgan State. The pallbearers who brought Cummings to the Rotunda were of different races. It's not no different from Reagan's or Bush's or other funeral ceremonies. The pallbearers in local ceremonies will be military personnel from the area. For public ceremonies at the Capitol the military takes care to include soldiers, sailors and airmen of different ethnic backgrounds.
