I like the way you think pard, a sure way to end the narco traffic across the border. The A-10s would rapidly rip the cartels new ashaoles, turning off the USD money taps which keep these poisonous cartels alive. Mexico should pay us to do it.
I have long wondered that myself. Can't imagine it would take 2-3 months. A couple of passes and Mexico is going to look like the retreat of Sadam Hussein's army back to Baghdad.

I don’t see much daylight between the Mexican govt and the Cartels. Seems there is quite a bit of overlap there
