Yeah. The ONLY recourse according to the author.

If all this wrongdoing is rewarded, "they" will be bolder the next time. Bank on it.

Unfortunately, the real problem lies in the bureaucracy — the appointed, unelected demons of our government. It’s now at a point where they have more power than any elected “representative”, and a simple election will do nothing to remove that power.
