The reporters aren’t smart enough to have scoped out this info. The reporters are acting as a cutout between a foreign government (Five Eyes) spying on a US citizen and the FBI/DOJ. FBI can’t “legally” spy on US citizens, so they get a foreign government to do the work, then use the MSM as a cutout.
Would this qualify him for a new trial?
Does Manafort have any hope of his conviction being thrown out due to “fruit of the poisonous tree?” Does Law and Order have to prove they would have gotten to the same place anyway?
