The whistleblower's COMPLAINT was written by Adam Schiff because HE is the whistleblower.

Sometimes when the OBVIOUS is right in front of people's faces they don't even see the obvious.

Time to COMPARE Schiff's other writings with the whistleblower's complaint. I'll bet they're one the same.
