The whistleblower is a fiction. This whole scam was hatched by the Rats in Congress. There is no whistleblower, and that is why Schiffless recently said he probably won’t even call the “whistleblower” as a witness.

10. There is no reason why the Senate Judiciary Com. couldn’t issue the whistleblower a John Doe subpoena to be delivered by the Clerk of the House or Sgt at Arms. Except that it is led by cowards and fools.
