She expects Trump to lie more than the Democrats can afford to match.
So she admits that the Dems need lots of money to “Get the Lie Out”. No surprise there. The real surprise is that she admits to the lying. And then this confessed lier accuses Trump of doing so as well - adding to her lies, compounding the damage.
Or am I reading more into this than is really there?

Well, she’s right about the DNC being bankrupt...the Democratic Party is morally, spiritually, ethically and intellectually bankrupt. It has nothing to offer but shared misery for the masses and opulent splendor for the party elite.
