Technology now is able to detect at extremely, extremely low levels.

Pointless. IQ tests only indicate how much is present, not how much is used or how it is used.

Sort of like the dip stick in you automobile.

Another useful device would be a cell phone signal blocker for business use.
It is illegal now, but in many industries it is unsafe for workers due to the use of cell phones during work.
45-60 minutes for restroom break? They’re on their phone.
Hiding out to text or watch whatever. Huge dollar loss for businesses.
I see this every day at a manufacturing company.
Thank god pots not legal in Texas. The work ethic is already bad enough for 45% of them.
