The Democrat playbook—whenever something goes wrong, blame any combination of the following:
(1) The Russians
(2) White Nationalists
(3) Big Corporations (until woke zombies are placed in charge of the Board of Directors)
California can do whatever it wants. None of us can control the stupid when they have the majority.
