The Department of Justice and Roger Stone’s attorneys are sparring over whether federal prosecutors can show a clip from “The Godfather: Part II” at the longtime Republican political operative’s trial next month.
Prosecutors say that on “multiple occasions,” Mr. Stone told a witness he should do a “Frank Pentangeli” during his 2017 testimony before the House Intelligence Committee.

The prosecution is barmy...
Trump needs to pardon him. This was all based on Russian collusion and there is none. Why is there still a trill. Piss on this bias judge. He should pardon everyone that comes up against her....that isn’t a democrap...she’ll find them innocent anyways.
It may be considered, because Stone used that actor’s name as an example of what he would like to have done in real life.
The jury will need to learn who this character was and exactly what deeds was he most known for. Most people would not know.
For those of us who follow and remember the news, if I said
‘They deserve the Nicolae Ceausescus Treatment” You would know I meant that Romainian Prime Minister who got the death penalty. The average person would not know, and need to learn.
Stone better hope his attorney will find a way for this not to happen.
