(Same university that taught professors how they prop up white supremacy)

Faculty workshops designed to persuade teachers not to grade based upon merit are popping up at universities from Washington, D.C. to the potato capital of the world.

Idaho’s Boise State University is hosting an event next week entitled “Inclusive Teaching Means Inclusive Grading, Too.” It’s listed as part of the BUILD certificate program, or Boise State Uniting for Inclusion and Leadership in Diversity.

The program’s stated purpose is to help participants gain knowledge of, demonstrate commitment to, and become a campus leader in promoting diversity, equity and inclusion.

Why not just cut to the chase, strip away the BS and tell the faculty to pass minority students regardless of their work quality? That would be so much easier than these contortions and shenanigans that go on now. Of course the Asian students would not be included in a minority status and along with white students, continue to have to produce quality work to get a good grade.

Remember, young people—what matters is the color of your skin and not the content of your character.

_That_ is the meaning of affirmative action.

One natural result of this nonsense if it is allowed to continue is that bridges will start failing when new, planes will fall out of the sky, etc. There are many endeavors where truth is objective and matters.

I would not want to cross a bridge designed by one of these graduates. That is why China is the future.

“Inclusive...”

There’s another word that when uttered by liberals should result in some serious dental bills.

George Carlin once said American schools have been dumbed down so much, pretty soon the only thing you’ll need to get into college is a pencil.

I suppose in the liberal arts you can get away with this, but in the hard science’s you’re setting those kids up for complete failure post-graduation.

They will call the accidents corporate malfeasance when in fact it is just corporations obeying affirmative action mandates.

You mean like the Chinese build Bay Bridge that’s falling apart? Or the 13 story Chinese building in Shanghai that toppled over?

Back when Willie Brown was a leader in the California legislature (I forget the exact title he held), he proposed a law to require the University of California (or maybe all of the public universities in the state) to graduate students at the same ratio as their racial proportion of the student body. I think he got them to pass the bill knowing that it would be vetoed by the then-governor who was a Republican.
