It is a cease fire to allow the YPG forces to withdraw from the 20 mile zone, sounds like Turkey will have secured this strip of Syrian territory without any further fighting.
President Trump should get the Nobel Prize for facilitating this peaceful resolution to the dispute without having the Syrians launch any further attacks in Kentucky. :-P
I’ve been trying to read up on it. The Kurds that Edrogan objects to are “freedom fighters” to us, but terrorists to Edrogan. They fight inside Turkey to overthrow the gov. Syria, Russia, Turkey, and Iran can figure it out now, and take care of the bad guys in ways the US can’t.
