This is unconstitutional. States cannot ban commerce with other States.

Below is the list of states. I have two questions. Why is Massachusetts on the list and how on earth did Missouri not make it on the list?

Given the low level of intelligence coming from SF these days, my guess is they misspelled "Missouri" as "Massachusetts".

I'm not sure I'm joking, either.
