Members of the House and Senate cannot be impeached. They can be expelled by 2/3rds vote of their house. But nothing can stop them from running for the seat they were expelled from. Naturally if the Republicans take the House, she is no longer Speaker.

The House can collectively “unseat” any member. It’s not called impeachment, but it’s almost as rare.
