That will just make it easier. NATO will hold a vote, and the NATO Secretary General will simply issue a unilateral declaration of severance, listing the litany of breaches of the NATO Treaty committed by Turkey.
At the same time several former Soviet Union nations should be admitted to NATO.Russia gets Turkey, NATO expands into the former Soviet Union. Putin needs a push.
