Could we start a PETITION to have California REMOVED from the UNITED STATES??? I would almost take Puerto Rico instead!!

California should go back to territory status, and we need to shut off their damn water.

Well that would be a start.
The state could be "officially" declared to be in
rebellion against the Republic. California's congressional
representatives and senators could be removed from Congress.
Then invade the state.

Arrest all of the statehouse representatives and
and other California state gov officials who refuse
to cooperate with the federal government. Appoint a
military governor to run the state.

Arrest and imprison any state/local gov. officials who don't cooperate.
Run the state until order is restored. Later on
have federally supervised elections when Californians
return to sanity.
