Of course there is a real person who filled in the form which arrived on the IG's desk. It didn't fill itself in. Even if Schiff's staff filled in the form, they didn't put their name in the spot that says name.

This is not difficult to figure out. There are 1000's of deep state Trump haters. Almost any of them would sign the form and take the 7 figure book deal. Some of them would do it for free, they truly hate Trump and believe he is evil no matter what he said on that call.
