How does the Supreme Court NOT take this case?

Where else could it possibly go?

Being forced to speak words of conversion to another faith? Or suffer consequences?

That IS religious persecution.

Did the lawyers err by arguing establishment clause re teachers actions as opposed to free exercise clause re student’s rights?

If student’s religion prohibits saying or writing such a thing, then even though teacher’s actions may not establish a state religion, it most certainly interferes with the free exercise of the student’s religion, and that is what should have been argued. But it seems not, as I only the former is mentioned.

I agree! How they can NOT take this case is a mystery to me. I guess the libs outvoted the rest.
