I suggest you go to the link and look at the court documents. Check out my post #2. DOJ has acknowledged they have the phones per the court documents.

This has been breaking for only a few hours. Once the MSM catches up, including Fox, this will be major news. Mifsud has already flipped if you believe his lawyer's previous statements denying that he was working for Russian intelligence.

It’s seems pretty likely now Mifsud was a spy and was issued these phones by the CIA or FBI. Then he gave them back. I’m surprised the phones didn’t get the Hillary Hammer treatment yet. Most likely they have and the Wray FBI hasn’t bothered to tell anybody yet that the phones have been destroyed.

It was reported around the Time Barr/Durham traveled to Italy, that Mifsud had entered a sort "witness protection program" under Italian protection, at his own request.
