I agree, but the problems with nominations is that they have to be confirmed. To be confirmed, you pretty much have to be a DS flack. Sidney Powell isn't that. Her book, LICENSED TO LIE: Exposing Corruption in the Department of Justice would have stopped her confirmation.
I read that book, and while it made me view her very respectfully, I found it quite depressing.
Informative, but...depressing.
