Jacob Frey, the Democratic mayor of Minneapolis, may want to rethink his recent reaction to the backlash he saw after a dust-up with President Donald Trump.
Taking to social media, the “lightweight mayor” essentially said Trump supporters made him feel like a woman.

In the tweet, the mayor linked to a Politico article titled, “Minneapolis mayor reveals what it feels like to become Trump’s target.”
Frey thrust himself into the spotlight when he opted to use Trump’s rally last week in his city to score political points with his party’s rabid base, charging the Trump campaign $530,000 to hold a rally at the Target Center.
What’s more, Frey wanted the 1/2 million-plus dollars upfront — the ridiculous fee was allegedly to provide security.
President Trump responded to a tweet from his campaign manager, Brad Parscale, who tweeted that Frey was “abusing his power in an attempt to block the President’s supporters from seeing him speak on Thursday.”

But then, the mayor had made it clear last month that he would not be rolling out the red carpet for the president — while assuming the authority to speak for all residents of his city, to include thousands of Trump supporters who turned out for the rally.
“While there is no legal mechanism to prevent the president from visiting, his message of hatred will never be welcome in Minneapolis,” Frey said in a statement.
Yet now he whines?
As for a man likening himself to a woman, in today’s Democrat Party that can only be a plus.

Even a local newspaper called him on that...saying the Mayor’s office had never charged previous users campaign fees.
