I wonder about “self-incrimination” as well as “face your accusers” and open courts.
What if DJT is told a few scraps of what may have been said behind closed doors by mysterious secret enemies (jealous of him,hate him,despise him, passed over for a job by him, fired 17 months ago for inompetence and now gettting revenge....)?
Then the Martha Stewart style “process crimes” may be based on supposed lies (I spoke with him Tuesday-—but it was actually Wednesday, so Ukrainians had heard of a deal on Tuesday he forgot)(I never talked to him about a job...) and turns out to be mistaken (Secret witness job applicant did talk to him, he was interviewed applicant number 679 that first year, don’t you remember, DJT?).
And he said he never signed off on something but aides tricked him by having him sign 23 pages and it was a paragraph in page 19 with a confusing description. Thus guilty, guilty!
Anything Trump or we say to hostile prosecutors who hold secret information from secret questioning may force him or us into self-incrimination without knowing it
Also why wiretapping,cell phone interception, computer hacking and good old dirty leaking have all hurt the White House.
