Can you imagine how we would feel if order to get a 'great trade deal' some third world politician (on the take but "legally" according to HIS legislature said, "before I can sign this deal and take the $400,000 'signing bonus' I have to 'dance for 5 minutes while you watch so I can tell 'the people of my country' that I was paid $400,000 to entertain them for 5 minutes.
