Some years ago I was due to go to a meeting in Islamabad. The hotel we were booked in was blown up a few days before we departed. Needless to say the trip and the meeting were cancelled.
Yeah I’m sure a VERY SPECIFIC tour over a week or two can show some nice places and historical sites...
But even if you could avoid the “dangerous” places, is there REALLY a safe place?
I do not know nearly enough about the country to make a very informed comment.
But as I’ve not seen most of the SOUTH HERE yet, that is WAYYYYY FIRST.
I always thought the fact Barrack Hussein Obama visited Pakistan was very telling. The media had no curiosity as to why.
