Can we call up the authorities and get red flag reports on all gang members then?

So if Im harrassed by a member of the Bloods, Crips, or Avenues gangs, the state will take their guns away, right?
Surely you jest! The LAPD is seriously considering hiring "ex" gangbangers who presumably "turned their lives around". It's crap like this that makes me think if the reconquistadores want to give CA to Mexico, then Mexico can HAVE CA, AND ALL THAT GOES WITH IT! Especially Hollywood and SF. Just leave us the Reagan Library, the Golden Gate Bridge, Jay Leno's car collection and any art deco and mid 20th century architectural gems still standing in Amaheim.

the bill signed by Newsom allows “employers, co-workers and teachers to seek gun violence restraining orders against other people.” Gun Violence Restraining Orders originally only allowed family members to seek confiscatory orders against an individual.
small step from there to restrain from purchasing those who don't have a weapon. Like a no-fly list it would be a no-buy list.

Perhaps if Californians had stayed home and kept the libtards in check rather than spreading the “We didn’t do it that way in California” cry while destroying half of America with their invasion, we wouldn’t be having this kind of report or a fear that more states will become Colorado /aka/ LA East.

Should Public Servants that make deliberate false statements to the public or for public consumption for any gain, be considered a Public Risk and subject to this Law??

i wonder what a typical confiscation would be like from the point of view of an innocent legally armed california citizen.
oh ya, “asking for a friend.”
