The enemy of my enemy may have the appearance of being my friend in some instances but it doesn’t make him an actual friend.
Kurds, like Iranians are not arabs, but the vast majority of are Muslims. Muslims worldwide are problem children, no matter what nationality or ethnicity that they are. The Kurds will only be our friends while our interests are aligned. After that you can forget it... they are every bit as likely to be slicing off heads, taking down airliners and blowing up people as any other group of Muslims. They are not people we should be arming, training, and spending billions of dollar on. It will come back to bite us later.

A sad but unfortunate exhibition of ignorance. Yes, complicated problem there but the Kurds love Americans in northern Iraq and are quite moderate with a pro-Woman’s rights segment among their ranks.
To lump them in with others is plainly wrong.
