The press was never expected to be “fair”.
It was expected to be diverse and partisan, and reasonable easy to enter.
What happened was the Media became entwined with a particular ideology, Progressivism, and enormous networks difficult to start and compete with.
So we got a partisan, ideologically unified mass media. That was the monster the founders did not anticipate.

However the Internet and Social Media levels the playing field.
Which is why they are using old fashioned thug tactics to shut down our side.
I never expect the press to be unbiased. Quite the contrary. What disturbs me is how they present themselves to the misinformed that they ARE unbiased, and the misinformed believe them.
It all starts with the communist infiltration at the university system and they turned out all the teachers and all of the journalist for the last 30 years
