I’ve seen opinions about pardons 0bola may have issued but not any evidence; remains to be seen. But I never heard of pardons issued for future crimes!

1. Have secret pardons ever been dispensed by a president before?
2. If so, were they legally challenged?
3. If 0bola issued pardons for crimes of which he was party or even the director, seems they would easily be challenged legally.
4. Given that 0bola is not a US citizen, using fake name and documents, another legal challenge right there.
And no evidence has appeared on FR, only speculation (unless I missed something).
