Time for the President to point kut that courts are only co-equal to the other two branches.

Would the courts change their modus operandi if Congress or the Presdient decreednthat the the courts needed to do something differently?

This BS will only end if/when activist judges are replaced, whether by attrition or impeachment. In the case of impeachment, members of Congress will need to grow balls and spines if judges are to be charged with exceeding their authority and violating their oath of office; not everything falls within the purview of federal judges.

Isn’t the public charge rule based on black letter law?

Judge George Daniels in the Southern District of New York issued a temporary nationwide injunction stopping the administration from enforcing the requirements, as well as a stay of the effective date.

The Supreme Court has the power to stomp on these lower court judges and put a stop to these judges who think they are the equal of the USSC and can make nation wide rulings.

They will continue to do this until they are either stopped by the Congress (unlikely) or the USSC.

Judges love to extend their reach beyond their grasp.
