Anti-Trump Whistleblower Attorney Threatened To Dox Anonymous Twitter Account (REX)

Mark Zaid, an attorney for the anti-Trump whistleblower, threatened to use his clients’ intelligence capabilities to dox a random Twitter user who irritated him. The user, who went by “Rex,” has now been suspended from Twitter.

Zaid tweeted:

Hey ‘Rex’, why don’t you revel your identity instead of attacking someone while hiding? I’d love to have my intelligence and law enforcement clients see what they can find about your life. We can compare notes on our research efforts. What do you say? Game?

The truly disturbing aspect here is Zaid threatening to use government power and U.S. taxpayer dollars to settle a score with an anonymous Twitter user. This attitude sounds all too familiar.

There seems to be a pattern with Democrats using government resources to investigate individuals, not crimes. Most notably, Hillary Clinton using classified information to dig up dirt on the Trump campaign during the 2016 election. Her motive was not to investigate a crime, but to investigate her political opponent.

In fact, there is new information that shows the whistleblower, Zaid’s client, worked with Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee, particularly Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.).

Zaid reinforces the common theme among 2019 Democrats: threaten those who disagree with you.
