Absolutely nothing came from previous IG reports, no reason expect this one will be any different. At this point, I am not sure why we are paying to have IGs if they are this ineffective at rooting out government corruption.

They are actually paid well not to. The people are not the highest bidders.

While I agree because that is my expectation at this stage. It is also remotely possible that with the barr investigation going on in parallel, it may force the IG to have to disclose some uncomfortable truths. Lest the IG could be accused of taking part in a criminal cover-up. But that assumes barr is not deep state, which I do not.

When was the last time someone went to jail for government corruption??...
The IG job is to see that the “corrupt officials” receive a sternly worded letter and an offer to retire early with full benefits....
Lois Learner comes to mind....
