Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), a leading 2020 Democrat presidential primary candidate, is vowing to “fight” for back pay for illegal aliens. As part of Warren’s “Empowering American Workers and Raising Wages” plan, illegal aliens who have worked illegally in the United States — sometimes by stealing Americans’ identities and Social Security numbers — would become eligible to receive back pay for their previous work by amending the National Labor Relations Act.

She is certifiable. With all the “free stuff” she promises, plus a wealth tax, there’s no way the economy of this Republic could withstand her economic onslaught.

Let’s meet her halfway. They can apply in their home country, must be physically present there to collect and the government gets a 30% cut of what they can collect from their past employers to defray the costs of collection and any benefits the illegals might have received while physically present in the U.S.A.

I saw this crap coming. I also see “reparations” for Mexican and other foreign national border crossing invaders who were “denied entrance” into the U.S. by the U.S. Border Patrol. You can bet the “Hate America First” democrats will be unveiling that wonderful “plan” before the 2020 elections.

I think this is great. We just have to hope it finds its way into the next debate as a question so we can get all the RATS on stage raising their hands for back pay for illegals just as they did for health coverage.

With Her Thighness gearing up for another arse-kicking by President Trump, perhaps Warren should keep her head on a swivel. She really doesn’t want to appear to be standing in her way.
If they did the work they should be paid for it. Slavery fell out of favor here in 1865.
Not a fan of changing the Labor Laws to get it done. When they recently raided the Meat Processing places here in MS, many of those Workers who were detained were not paid for the work they did.
The Employers haven’t seen any ramifications because they used outside “employment agencies” to do their dirty work in hiring Illegals. It was a wink and a nod situation and everyone here knows it.

Right after she gets the money they never paid in taxes,many are paid in cash NO TRAIL.
Putting onerous regulations on businesses that give illegals the ability to sue them for wages and unfair termination, etc seems like it would make the money side of that equiation say "whoa, we like illegals because they are cheap and we can be hired/fired at will. I'm not donating to have both of those things taken away!" Not understanding why she thinks this is attractive to her donor base.
