It is refreshing to read a news article written in a completely professional manner, conveying in detail the who, what, when, where, and even some why. But with no discernible lousy grammar or infusion of the writer’s own opinions. This used to be the norm. Now it’s so rare that it’s noticeable.

Nebraska. America’s heartland. I expect teachers there can pass tests and diversity is at a minimum.
