Easy solution to the problem.
1. Start engine and go to full power.
2. Do not pull the collective but just spin at max rotation on the ground.
3. Offending object will be quickly dislodged from its hand.
4. Pull collective and go do your job.
5. After doing you job land and wash off remains of offending object from your chopper.
6. Repeat as necessary.
7. Go have a beer and debate with your chopper buddies how far offending objects were thrown from your chopper. Have another beer and a good nights sleep.
8. Offending objects will decline to do this again.
