Things have massively improved, especially for our minorities that really did need a lift.

I was let go from a long term contract position last year and had to throw my had into the job market again after over 20 years of steady work post USAF. Signed up to a number of on-line sites, got picked up in a good position. I am now inundated with job listings in my e-mail daily. Incredible how many jobs are out there.
