Pelosi moved the impeachment inquiry to Adam Schiff’s Intelligence Committee so they could conduct NON-PUBLIC hearings of witnesses.
As I understand things Adam Schiff’s Intelligence Committee has no jurisdiction in impeachment proceedings. The Judiciary Committee has that jurisdiction.
