I skimmed back through the pages I had related here in my post and Schippers wrote that he had researched the rules on impeachment procedures and knew that Biden was wrong but decided to keep quiet about it. They were already outgunned/outmanned by the Senators. This is all within the first 20 pages of the book - that in particular was on page 17.

Everyone should get a copy of the book and review just what we’re going to be up against if an impeachment is undertaken. There will not be any FAIR PLAY on the part of the dems but that’s not going to surprise anyone! This will be far nastier than anything done in the Nixon or Clinton eras.

All the Dems can do is fume. They do not control the Senate, nor can they set the rules like they did for Nixon. All they can do is draw up Articles of Impeachment, which is just a "list" of accusations that they deem to be impeachable offenses..................😱
