I guess so. Even Schiff said it was a “parody” (of course, he meant paraphrase, but he’s an idiot and was inadvertently right)..
They’re all lying so much now they can’t even keep their lies straight.

But he didn’t say that until later, when he was called on it. His goal was to get the fiction in to the Congressional Record — which he did. The truth isn’t in the Record.
