More and more I'm thinking that the FISA judges themselves might be corrupt the whole thing had turned into a massive star chamber with John Roberts at the helm. Seems like all the establish players are very very nervous agitated and squeamish - I love it.

At this point it appears a strong possibility. If the FISA Court took its responsibilities (and the privacy rights of Americans) seriously one would think they would be outraged at the way the court was misled and misused.

Instead nothing but crickets.
