Last November, Brown was shot and another man was killed outside the Dallas Cabaret strip club on Walnut Ridge Street in Northwest Dallas.

Kendall Deshonn Morris has been indicted on charges of murder and aggravated assault in connection with the incident. He is currently out on bond.

Seems this wasn't related to the trial, at least not directly, and not "blue crime".

Original reported to have been shot in the mouth gangland style.

Now reported to have been shot in the buttocks.

It’s easy to confuse the two.

He is currently out on bond.

Is that standard operating procedures for accused murderers???

A dead witness is a good witness.

Yeah, tough-on-crime Texas, indeed. What do you have to do to get locked up there?

Well, reporters spend a lot of time writing about politicians. So with many of the people they write about the two are synonymous.

Yeah, tough-on-crime Texas, indeed

The major cities are solid blue and have been for over a decade.

Each of the counties with the major cities- Dallas, San Antonio, El Paso, Austin, Houston... and in the last election Ft. Worth, voting for Beto... all have blue judges, prosecutors and local governments...

I’ve been saying from the beginning this murder has nothing to do with the Guyger trial but those who see everything through the lens of race will never believe it. The latest conspiracy theory is Brown was murdered by the DPD who want Guyger to get a new trial and an acquittal.

“It’s easy to confuse the two.”

Well, “shot in the cheek” can have two meanings...

His 2nd time being shot? And the first time, he saw another guy shot to death?

No wonder he was so upset on the stand.
